Role Reversal as an IT/Business Bridge Builder

In my introductory post, I set out the reasons for my strong belief that approaching IT solutions from an essentially operational viewpoint is both flawed and counter productive. In this post I'd like to suggest some ways that IT and the business can find some common ground and, in doing so, deliver the results the business wants, while meeting the needs of the IT function.
